Once that’s approved, we’ll bring your piece to life through a realistic rendering so you can see exactly how it will look — and give final approval before we build the actual piece.

Yes! We provide a detailed CAD drawing along with a lifelike rendering so you can review the design from every angle. We’ll make adjustments until you’re completely confident before moving forward to production.

You’re welcome to request edits during the design phase. Once the design is approved and we begin production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. That’s why we make sure you’re 100% in love with it first.

Yes — every piece comes with a quality guarantee. We also offer appraisals for insurance upon request, especially for engagement rings or high-value items.

Most custom designs take 3–6 weeks from initial consultation to completion, depending on complexity and materials. If you’re on a tighter timeline, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Absolutely. We love creating new stories from old ones. If you have an heirloom stone or piece you’d like to repurpose, we’ll evaluate it and build your custom design around it with care.

We offer 14K and 18K gold (yellow, white, and rose), platinum, sterling silver and a selection of ethically sourced and lab-grown gemstones. If you have something specific in mind — including heirloom stones — we’re happy to explore that with you.

Yes — we typically require a 50% deposit to begin the design process, with the balance due upon completion. For higher-value pieces, we’re happy to discuss flexible payment options.

Pricing depends on the design, materials, and gemstones. Most custom pieces start around $2,000 and go up from there. We’ll always offer transparent pricing before you commit.
