At Old Main Gem Co., every piece of jewelry is created or curated with intention—whether it’s custom-made, crafted from heirloom materials, or selected from our ready-to-ship collection. Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or resizing
Custom Jewelry & Heirloom Redesigns
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, including heirloom redesigns, once your design is approved and production has begun, your piece is non-refundable. Each custom item is crafted based on your specific preferences, materials, and story—and as such, cannot be resold or repurposed.
We provide detailed communication throughout the design process to ensure clarity before finalizing your order.
Ready-Made Jewelry
All ready-to-ship items are also final sale. This allows us to maintain the integrity and pricing of our small-batch collections and protect the craftsmanship invested in each piece.
Sizing, Repairs & Modifications
We do not offer sizing, repairs, or post-purchase modifications. We strongly recommend verifying your ring size or confirming order details before finalizing your purchase.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production or sourcing has already begun. After that point, all orders are considered final.
