Order Processing Times
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after purchase.
• Custom Jewelry Orders:
     – CAD Design: Delivered within 7–10 business days of your design kickoff.
     – Final Rendering: Sent after CAD approval to confirm design before production.
     – Production & Finishing: Please allow 4–6 weeks after final approval for crafting, quality checks, and finishing touches.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on orders over $200
• Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
• Signature Required: May apply to high-value orders for added security

 

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working to expand soon.

 

Packaging & Presentation

All orders are beautifully packaged in our signature keepsake box. Custom pieces include documentation of the materials used and the story behind the design. Want to send it as a gift? Let us know at checkout.

 

Service Interruptions

Old Main Gem Co. is not responsible for shipping delays due to:
• Weather or natural disasters
• Carrier service disruptions
• Customs or inspection delays
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

 

We’ll keep you informed and work with the shipping carrier if issues arise.

 

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.

 

Insurance & Lost Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking and include insurance. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
