1. Custom Jewelry Orders

Custom jewelry is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you based on your approved design. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable after final approval of the CAD design and/or realistic rendering.

Changes to your design are only possible before final approval. Once approved, your piece enters production and cannot be altered or canceled.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, prices, and images. However, because many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, slight variations in materials, stones, or dimensions may occur.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to update or change product availability at any time.

3. Payment & Deposits

For custom designs, a non-refundable deposit may be required to begin the design process. Full payment is typically due before production begins. Payment methods are securely processed through our online platform.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please review our Shipping Policy for full details. Old Main Gem Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. Packages may require a signature at delivery for insurance and security purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

Some content on this site—including images, designs, logos, text, and custom jewelry renderings—is the intellectual property of Old Main Gem Co. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only and not to misuse any part of the site, interfere with operations, or attempt to access protected areas of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Old Main Gem Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products. All jewelry should be worn with care, and we are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or wear.

8. Warranty & Repairs

At this time, Old Main Gem Co. does not offer repair services. However, we partner with Jewelers Mutual to offer insurance options for your jewelry. We recommend customers insure custom or high-value pieces through a trusted provider.

9. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt if unworn and in original packaging. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Changes to These Terms

Old Main Gem Co. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any changes.
