2. Products & Custom Orders

• Each piece is crafted with care and may have natural variations in gemstones, metals, and finishes. These variations are not defects but part of the character of your jewelry.

• Custom orders require written approval of design specifications before production. Once confirmed, custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

• We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our design standards or material sourcing ethics.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be received in full before production begins or items ship.

• For custom orders, deposits may be required and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

​

• We ship within the United States (and internationally where available). Shipping timelines will be communicated at checkout or in your custom order agreement.

• Once shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer. Insurance coverage is available at checkout and recommended for high-value items.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Ready-made (non-custom) jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, unworn condition with original packaging, unless marked “Final Sale.”

• Custom and personalized pieces are non-returnable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

6. Warranties & Repairs

• All jewelry includes a one-year craftsmanship warranty covering defects in setting or workmanship.

• This does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse.

• Repairs beyond the warranty period may be available for a fee.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, designs, and branding under Old Main Gem Co. are the intellectual property of Old Main Gem Co. and may not be copied or used without permission.
